The pink flower is a dianthus, related to carnations. They do smell devine. They are also known as 'pinks'. I agree with Karen, wonderful columbine! I am attempting to start some from seed this year. We will see what happens with that!
This is the story of the transformation of a bland property in Nova Scotia into what will hopefully be an oasis in the midst of the business of life. I find much joy in gardening and wanted to have somewhere to record the unfolding of my space.

I love your different columbines. I had some light purple ones that didn't return, but the red has been very reliable.
