Very pretty. I'm waiting for my last possible daylily to bloom. There are some that will bloom this late next year but they're too young now. It's sad to see the daylily season come to an end.
This is the story of the transformation of a bland property in Nova Scotia into what will hopefully be an oasis in the midst of the business of life. I find much joy in gardening and wanted to have somewhere to record the unfolding of my space.

That is a gorgeous bloom. I love the colour. No wonder you were waiting for it to open. I hope there are lots of blooms on it!
