'Pardon Me' shouldn't be that small right now. When it's stronger, you could try moving it to a sunny location, and water it in with a mild fertilizer that dissolves in water. (The Miracle-Gro stuff in a bottle is usually good.) Sometimes the attention makes them do better the next year.
By the way, two of mine that didn't bloom last year are sending up scapes. (Of course, one of them didn't bloom last year because a squirrel dropped a corn kernel, and a corn plant grew right over top of it. It's fine this year though.)
This is the story of the transformation of a bland property in Nova Scotia into what will hopefully be an oasis in the midst of the business of life. I find much joy in gardening and wanted to have somewhere to record the unfolding of my space.
