Your Husker Red penstemon (same variety) is a little behind mine, unless you took that photo a while ago. However, your delphiniums are waaay ahead. Mine won't bloom for at least a week yet. Then again, mine are planted in the shade, so that might be a factor.
This is the story of the transformation of a bland property in Nova Scotia into what will hopefully be an oasis in the midst of the business of life. I find much joy in gardening and wanted to have somewhere to record the unfolding of my space.
